Getting Started with DealTrail Project Manager

2. Your Records, Checklist Items, and Calendar

• Your Records: Displays all the projects, tasks, and entries assigned to you.

• Checklist Items: Helps track tasks and subtasks, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

• Calendar: Provides a visual representation of upcoming deadlines, meetings, and project timelines.

3. All Activity

A timeline-style view that shows all actions performed across projects, including task updates, status changes, and user interactions.

4. Calendar

A centralized scheduling tool that integrates with project deadlines, meetings, and automated reminders. Users can sync this with external calendars like Google Calendar and Outlook.

5. Map

The Map view is useful for location-based project tracking, showing geotagged data related to fieldwork, remote teams, or site-based projects.

6. Dashboards

The Dashboard section provides a customizable analytics workspace where users can track project performance.

• Dashboards include key details:

• Title (Dashboard name)

• Owner (Who created the dashboard)

• Users (Team members with access)

• Last Modified (Date of the latest changes)

• Adding Charts: Users can include various chart types to visualize project performance:
