This Knowledge Base article explains the Tasks section, which helps users manage, track, and assign tasks related to contacts within the platform. The Tasks section allows users to efficiently manage, track, and assign tasks related to contacts within the platform. This section includes various bulk actions, task management features, and options to sort and filter tasks according to user needs.

 

The Task List displays all tasks assigned to contacts with relevant details, such as the task description, assignee, due date, and status. It is a centralized place to monitor and manage tasks associated with different contacts.

 

Task Table Columns:

1. Contact: The person associated with the task (homeowner, buyer, etc.).

2. Assignee: The person responsible for completing the task.

3. Due Date: The date and time when the task is due.

4. Status: The current status of the task (e.g., Overdue, Open, Completed).

 

New Task

Clicking the New Task button will allow users to create a new task associated with a contact. The following fields will be required when creating a new task:

1. Title and Description: Title and a clear explanation of the task, such as actions to be performed (e.g., “Verify pre-approval status for potential buyer”)

2. Due Date: The target completion date and time for the task and if it is recurring, edit the occurrence.

3. Assignee: The team member responsible for completing the task.

4. Contact: The contact to whom the task is related.
